Anne and I have been married for over 30 years, have worked together for over 26 years and have been a team in Real Estate for over 15 years. We enjoy working together in Real Estate because each of us has an area of expertise and we appreciate and respect that in each other.
I am an expert negotiator and problem solver, I enjoy “making things happen”. I enjoy assisting a Seller in preparing a home for Listing and working with Buyers throughout the process to prepare them for the move to their new home. This service goes beyond the “Close of Escrow”, We are here for you well after a transaction is completed.
Anne knows the Sedona Real Estate market better than anyone I know. Her specialty is transaction management. Anne’s goal is that each client is comfortable throughout the buying or selling process. She works to make sure that any questions or concerns are addressed. She prepares clients for each stage of the process.

On a personal level we have bought homes, sold homes, bought lots, sold lots, built homes and remodeled homes. We have bought properties for investment, for speculation and properties we called home. We understand what Buyers and Sellers experience during a real estate transaction because we have been there ourselves, many times.

I can recommend without reservation Jim and Anne French of RE/MAX Realty in Sedona. I have recommended them to many friends in the past and gotten kudos from my friends for doing so. Buying and selling requires sensitivity to the client’s needs and markets limits. They have both. Here is a personal example.
